Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your IT Care account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
